• A passport is required for this trip. Please forward a photocopy of your passport to our office as soon as you receive it.

Sign ups: To register for the Study Tour we need this signed form, the deposit and payments according to the schedule below for each traveler. Make checks payable to: DTBM/Land of the Book Tours
Payment schedule: A transferable but non-refundable deposit of $250 is due upon signup; by October 15th a total of 20% of the balance due; November 15th a total of 40% due; December 15th a total of 60% due; January 15th a total of 80% due; and by February 15th 100% due. A total of five equal payments per category listed below, will be mailed to you after registration in the form of an invoice and payment schedule.

RESPONSIBILITY: The responsibility of Land of the Book Tours of Tulsa, Oklahoma, as the tour operator and/or their agents is limited. They act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motor coach, private car, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or as direct or indirect result of acts of nature, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Land of the Book Tour’s control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Land of the Book Tours can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any tour passenger should such person's health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of other passengers. A complete refund covering the unfinished part of the land tour will be made to such individuals as soon as possible, if applicable, from Land of the Book Tours, but without further obligation for liability on the part of the company. Land of the Book Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements. All rates are based on tariffs in effect at the time the tour was planned and is subject to change in the event of adjustment therein. Baggage is carried at the owner's risk and baggage insurance is recommended. The issuance of tickets and vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions. No refund for unused portion of the tour can be made unless agreed to prior to tour departure. Tour services including, but not limited to, carriage by land, carriage by sea, guide services, hotel accommodations, restaurants and all services other than carriage by air furnished by Land of the Book Tours are furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of Land of the Book Tours, are not servants of any airline and with whom neither Land of the Book Tours nor any airlines have any relationships as joint venture or otherwise. The acceptance of this order or participation in the tour by such person(s) of the above and of any further condition that Land of the Book Tours and the airlines used shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services other than its liability under the ticket and tariff provisions for carriage by airline used. Airlines used shall also not be liable or responsible for the accuracy of any representations regarding the tour service. I have read and fully understand conditions and responsibility area of the application and verify the information I have provided as correct.
I understand there is no cancellation fees (other than the non-refundable deposit) unless you cancel at a point less than 70 days before departure.
